Or maybe you're trying to rig up a Phase One digital back to a large format setup?

This eTone adapter, model MMY645ADT, is what you need.

It's brand new, still in the original packaging, and made for Mamiya compatibility.

Basically, it lets you mount a digital back (like Phase One) onto a 4x5 large format camera.

Made in China, but the build is solid.

Part number is MMY645ADT, and the UPC is 712190709334 if you need it.
