If your Sony laptop won't charge and you've tried a new power adapter, the problem might be the power jack itself.

This is a brand-new replacement AC DC power jack, specifically designed to fit Sony models like the PCG-7T1L, PCG-7X1L, PCG-7Y1L, and PCG-7Y2L.

It's the part where you plug in your charger, also known as the DC jack or power connector.

The OEM reference number is 073-0001-2492_A.

It's unbranded, but it's a new, direct replacement part.

If you're handy with a soldering iron, you can fix that loose or broken charging port and bring your Vaio back to life.
