Caltric Starter Motor For Yamaha Marine Outboard 200HP S200TXR Salt Water Series 1997-1999 – 12V, 9-Tooth, PMDD

This is a brand new Caltric starter motor made for Yamaha marine outboards, specifically the 200HP S200TXR Salt Water Series from 1997 to 1999.

It’s a direct bolt-on replacement, so it should fit right in.

The starter is a PMDD type with 9 gear teeth and it rotates counterclockwise (CCW).

It runs on 12V and has a black metal housing.

The dimensions are roughly 225.5 mm long, 93.2 mm high, and 78.2 mm wide, and it weighs about 5 pounds 7 ounces.

It comes with a 90-day warranty.

This part replaces a bunch of OEM numbers like 61A81800-00, 61A81800-01, and 6K7-81800-10.

Just a quick heads-up, it does have the California Prop 65 warning, so be aware if you’re in that state.

It’s made in China but built to Caltric’s specs.
