Lucas CAV DPA Injection Pump Rebuild Service – Expert Remanufacturing With OEM Parts

Okay, so your Lucas CAV DPA injection pump is acting up?

Don't toss it—send it in!

We offer a full rebuild service for all DPA models.

Here's how it works: you ship us your old pump (you pay that shipping), and our experts get to work.

We tear it down, calibrate it on modern test stands that simulate real engine conditions, and rebuild it using genuine OEM parts.

Once it's done, we ship it back to you—and we cover that shipping.

Average turnaround is about 5-7 days, but sometimes it might take up to 30 depending on workload.

Every rebuilt pump comes with a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty.

It's a direct replacement, mechanical drive, for diesel engines.

Made to OE specs right here in the UK.

Breathe new life into your old pump without buying new.
