Kwikset 81308 Standard Duty Adjustable Backset Deadbolt Latch – Polished Brass Finish

Looking to swap out an old door latch?

This Kwikset 81308 is a brand new, standard duty deadbolt latch that's super easy to work with.

The backset is adjustable, so it'll fit doors where the hole is either 2-3/8\ or 2-3/4\ from the edge—no need to measure twice and stress out.

It comes in a nice polished brass finish (model 81308US3), which gives it a classic look.

It's still in its original packaging, just like you'd find at the hardware store.

Whether you're fixing up your place or building something new, this is a simple, solid replacement part that gets the job done without any fuss.
