Corvette Hood Release Cable Clip (84-96) - Replaces GM 12338122 - Corvette America

This little plastic clip is a big deal if it breaks on your C4 Corvette.

It's the hood release cable clip, specifically for 1984 through 1996 models.

GM part number 12338122.

Made by Corvette America (part 32790), it's the correct replacement for that little retainer that holds the hood release cable end to the latch mechanism.

If your hood release feels loose, doesn't pop the hood, or the cable has come detached, this $10 part is probably what you need.

It's a common failure point on these cars.

This is a brand new, direct replacement part.

Installing it is a lot easier than rigging up something homemade.

Keep your hood opening smoothly with this simple, correct clip.
