2 USGI ALICE Individual First Aid Kits (IFAK) – Olive Drab Green, NOS, Nylon Medical Pouch

For collectors and milsurp enthusiasts, here's a find: two USGI Individual First Aid Kits, also known as IFAKs.

They're the classic ALICE style in olive drab green.

These are New Old Stock (NOS), meaning they're unused and in great condition.

They're made of nylon and are original US military issue, manufactured in the USA.

The NSN number is 6545-01-094-6142.

Perfect for completing a loadout, as a base for your own medical kit, or just as a piece of militaria from the 2001+ era.

They're the real deal, not reproductions.

Grab a couple for your collection or to keep in your gear stash.
