Genuine VW Transporter T5/T5.1/T5.2/T6 Sliding Door Contact Micro Switch – 7H0947563A

If the interior light in your VW Transporter T5 or T6 isn't coming on when you open the sliding door, or if the door-open warning is acting up, this little micro switch might be the culprit.

It's a genuine Volkswagen part, made in Germany.

The part number is 7H0947563A (also listed as 7H0 947 563 A, or just 7H0947563).

It's the contact switch for the sliding door.

It's black, small, and simple.

Fits T5, T5.1, T5.2, and T6 models.

This is a new part, not used.

It's a micro switch, so it just tells the van when the door is open or closed.

If yours is broken or intermittent, swapping it out is usually a quick fix.

Genuine VW part means you know it'll fit and work.

Keep your van's electrical gremlins at bay.

Made in Germany, so quality should be solid.

Grab it if your sliding door light is acting up.
