Hamamatsu R6233 Photomultiplier Tube Kit For Scintillation Detector – Includes Used PMT, New Electronics & Instructions

Alright, so here's a cool project for anyone into radiation detection or DIY scientific instruments.

This is a kit built around a Hamamatsu R6233 photomultiplier tube.

The PMT itself is used, but it's in excellent condition.

The original PCB was removed to make the kit build easier, so you're getting a clean slate.

Along with the tube, you get a full set of new electronics and a fully illustrated instruction manual.

So, even if you're not a total expert, you've got a guide to walk you through it.

Hamamatsu makes top-tier PMTs, so the core of this detector is solid.

The kit includes everything you need to get it up and running for scintillation detection.

It's a great way to get a high-quality PMT setup without buying all the parts separately.

Perfect for the hobbyist or student who knows their way around a soldering iron and wants to build their own gear.
