Shakespeare Firebird LH Wind Multiplier Trolling Reel For Saltwater Fishing

Here’s a classic Shakespeare Firebird trolling reel, model 651, set up for left-hand retrieve.

It’s a wind multiplier style, perfect for getting out there on the saltwater.

This is a brand new reel, but it’s one of those that comes in a basic, unboxed package with no instructions, so you might get it in a plain bag.

The specs from Shakespeare don’t list the number of bearings or the max drag.

It’s a solid, no-frills trolling reel ready to be spooled up and put to work chasing those big saltwater species.
