Mercedes Vito Viano W639 2003-2014 Repair Plates – Pair Of Side Sills Left & Right Steel

Got a Mercedes Vito or Viano W639 with rusty or busted sills?

These repair plates are exactly what you need.

You're getting a pair—one for the left side, one for the right—made from solid steel, ready to weld in.

They're designed to replace the damaged sections underneath the doors, giving you a solid foundation to rebuild from.

Part numbers are 2PC504041 and 2PC504042.

They come in bare steel (so prime and paint after welding), and they're made by Aftermarket Products.

Installation is straightforward for anyone with basic welding skills.

Not a tuning or styling part, just pure, functional repair metal.

If your W639 is getting crusty underneath, these sills will keep it on the road and looking right.
