USGI Army Digital IFAK Pouch - Individual First Aid Kit Pouch (Empty) MOLLE - ACU/UCP Camo

Need a rugged, military-grade pouch for your medical gear?

This is the real deal—a genuine USGI Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) pouch.

It's the actual pouch issued to soldiers, designed to hold your trauma kit, tourniquet, bandages, etc.

This one is empty, so you can fill it with your own supplies.

It features the standard Army digital camouflage pattern (UCP/ACU) and mounts securely to any MOLLE platform.

Made in the USA.

Most of these are in excellent condition, but since they're surplus, some may have light dirt marks from storage (check the pictures).

It's an original USGI military issue item, not a replica.

If you're building a kit, doing airsoft, or just want a tough, cheap pouch for gear, this is it.
