Original USGI M1905 Butt Plate With Trap For Springfield 1903 & 1903A1 Rifle – Grey Parkerized Steel

Listen up, Springfield 1903 collectors and restorers!

This is the real deal.

It's an original, US Military-issued M1905 butt plate, designed for the 1903 and 1903A1 Springfield rifles.

This isn't a reproduction—it's 100% authentic G.I.

steel, finished in that classic grey parkerized color.

It even has the trap door for storing a cleaning kit in the stock.

The seller notes this is a stock photo, but you'll get a hand-selected part similar to the one shown.

It's been stored in oil or cosmoline, so it'll need a good cleaning before installation, but that's what keeps original parts in great shape.

If you're building a correct rifle or just need a tough, authentic replacement, this is your part.

Guaranteed original.
