This kit from netuera (part 737688) gives you everything you need for a 2000-pound rated axle with a 1-inch round BT8 spindle.

The hub has a 4 on 4-inch bolt pattern, and the wheel studs are 1/2 inch in diameter by 1-5/16 inches long.

It uses L44643 inner and outer bearings, and the grease cap flange diameter is 1.988 inches.

You can grab a set of 2, 4, or 8, depending on how many axles you're working on.
