It's the real deal, part number 54123-1, and it's designed for their Size 13 Circular Plastic Connectors (CPC).

This is the long tube style boot, which gives you that extra reach and protection for the wires coming out of the back of your connector.

It's an open box item, but it's been stored away, never used.

Basically, it's NOS (New Old Stock) as the seller notes.

You'll use this to seal up the back of the connector, giving it strain relief and keeping out dirt and moisture when you heat shrink it down.
