Polynesian Produce Stand LIVE Edible Ginger Rhizomes – Zingiber Officinale – Hot & Spicy – 10 Pack

Ever thought about growing your own ginger?

Now's your chance with these live edible ginger rhizomes from Polynesian Produce Stand.

You get 10 rhizomes of Zingiber officinale—the classic hot and spicy culinary ginger.

They're bare root and ready to plant.

These guys love warm, humid climates (think tropical or sub-tropical) but can be grown in temperate areas in pots.

They'll sprout into gorgeous plants with digitate foliage and maybe even some orange flowers.

Great for spring or summer planting.

Just give them medium sun, peat-like soil, and regular water.

A super fun and rewarding way to have fresh ginger right at your fingertips.
