About this item
Is your Dell Inspiron not charging unless you hold the cord at a weird angle?
Yeah, that power jack is probably broken or has a cold solder joint.
This is the replacement part you need.
It's a DC power jack cable socket, specifically designed to fit Dell Inspiron models like the 14-i3451, the 14-3451, and the 3452.
The manufacturer part number is 450.030060001.
It's a brand new, unbranded replacement part.
You'll have to do a bit of soldering or find a repair shop to swap it out, but it's way cheaper than a new laptop.
If your charging port is wiggly or dead, grab this jack, fire up the soldering iron, and get your Dell back on its feet.
