Pair Of Hood Lift Supports / Gas Shocks For Dodge Ram 1500-5500 (1994-2024?) – Top-Liftsupport, 472N Force
About this item
This is a pair of front hood lift supports, or gas shocks, for a whole bunch of Dodge Ram trucks.
We're talking Ram 1500, 2500, 3500, 4500, and even 5500.
The brand is top-liftsupport, part number TL05100401S.
They're new, sealed, made of steel with a black finish.
Compressed length is 12.78 inches, and they have a force of 472 Newtons – plenty to hold up that heavy steel hood.
They're direct replacement OE spec parts, so they'll fit like the factory ones.
Cross-reference numbers include 7992XW, 8196174, 95980, and RB8795980.
They come as a kit of two, but note that mounting hardware is not included – you might need to reuse your old clips or ball studs.
They've got a 1-year warranty and a 60-day return policy.
If your hood keeps falling on your head, grab these.
They're sealed, so no greasing needed.
Just bolt 'em on and done.
