3M 09548 Scotch-Brite EXL Deburring Wheel - 6x1x1 Fine Grade Convolute Wheel

This is a 3M Scotch-Brite EXL deburring wheel, part number 09548, and it's a workhorse for cleaning up metal edges.

It's brand new, ready to mount up and get spinning.

The wheel is 6 inches in diameter with a 1-inch face and a 1-inch center hole, so it fits a lot of common bench grinders and arbor setups.

It's a convolute type wheel with a fine grade, which means it's aggressive enough to knock off burrs but leaves a smooth, clean finish.

The \8S\ density is a good middle-ground for general shop use.

Whether you're a metal fabricator, a knife maker, or just a hobbyist cleaning up parts, this wheel saves hours of hand filing.

3M makes top-notch abrasives, and this 09548 wheel is no exception.

Toss it on your grinder and watch it turn rough edges into professionally finished parts.
