SATA Upgrade Adapter For Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2) IDE Network Adapter - Use Modern Hard Drives
About this item
Breathe new life into your PlayStation 2 with this SATA upgrade adapter.
If you have the original PS2 network adapter (the one for the IDE hard drives), this little board lets you use modern, cheap, and high-capacity SATA hard drives instead of hunting down old, slow IDE drives.
It's purple and simply replaces the internal IDE connector in the network adapter.
It works with most SATA hard drives up to 2TB.
A must-have for anyone looking to do a hard drive load setup (like Free McBoot) on their PS2.
It's a simple mod that makes a huge difference in loading times and storage space.
Comes with a 2-month warranty.
