About this item
Alright, VAG crew!
Here's an original heat protection plate, also known as a heat shield, that's perfect for certain 1.2L TDI engines.
It's a genuine VW / Audi part, with the manufacturer number 03D253041H.
This specific piece came off a new motor, so it's in new condition—just not in its retail box.
It's also known as a 'Warmluftfangblech' or 'Fangblech'.
It fits engines like the BMD, CHFA, and CHFB.
It's not a tuning or classic part, just a solid, original equipment piece to keep the heat where it belongs.
It's made by VW and sold by ATM Tornau Motoren GmbH.
The item number is 10009755 and the EAN is 4251546210811.
It weighs about 0.6 kg.
If you're rebuilding an engine or replacing a rusty or missing shield, this is the exact OEM part you need.
It includes just the part as shown in the picture.
