Active Grille Shutter Motor For Jeep Cherokee 2016-2021 – Replaces 5877R1006 / 68298531 By Mek-mo

If you’re seeing a check engine light or a service active grille shutter message on your 2016-2021 Jeep Cherokee, the motor might be the culprit.

This is a brand new active grille shutter motor from Mek-mo, designed to replace the factory units with part numbers 5877R1006 and 68298531.

This little motor controls the opening and closing of the shutters behind the grille, which helps with aerodynamics and engine warm-up.

When it fails, you might lose some fuel efficiency or get a persistent warning light.

This replacement is a straightforward fix—just remove the old one and install this new unit.

It’s a direct OEM replacement, so it plugs in and mounts exactly like the original.

Mek-mo includes a 1-year warranty for peace of mind.

Get those shutters working again and keep your Cherokee running at its best.

No need to replace the whole assembly when just the motor goes bad—this is the smart, cost-effective fix.
