About this item
Alright, if your dryer is squealing, screeching, or just not tumbling right, the idler pulley is a common culprit.
This is a replacement idler pulley from Choice Parts, designed to fit many Frigidaire and Electrolux dryers.
The model number is 134793511 (also cross-referenced as AP6996178).
It's a brand new part, made in China, and it's a straightforward DIY installation if you're handy.
The idler pulley keeps tension on the dryer belt so the drum turns smoothly.
If it's worn out, your dryer won't dry efficiently.
This one comes with the standard California Prop 65 warning.
Grab this pulley, pop it in, and get your dryer running quiet again without calling a repair guy.
