Leviton 6639-I Ivory Ceiling Fan Speed Control – 4-Speed Rotary, 1.5A, Single Pole

Control your ceiling fan speed the old-school way with this Leviton rotary dial.

It's model 6639-I in an ivory finish.

It's a 4-speed quiet control that works with most fans, rated for 1.5 amps at 120V AC.

It's a single pole, single throw (SPST) switch, meaning it simply turns the fan on and controls speed from one location.

It's made of durable plastic and has a traditional look that fits in any room—living room, bedroom, kitchen, you name it.

It's new old stock, so it's fresh and unused.

Installation is indoor and direct-wire.

It's a simple, reliable replacement for a worn-out fan dial.
