Zelvoro Blend Door Lever Repair Kit For Ford Explorer (2004) - Restore A/C Airflow Control - 19A574 Compatible
About this item
Is the air conditioning in your 2004 Ford Explorer stuck on defrost or not switching modes properly?
The plastic blend door lever probably broke—it's a super common issue.
This Zelvoro repair kit fixes that.
It's a direct replacement for the little lever that breaks, letting you control where the air comes out again.
It's made from high-quality materials that are tougher than the original plastic, so it should last.
Installation involves matching it to the original hole positions—not necessarily easy, but doable if you're handy.
This kit solves the problem of not being able to switch airflow modes.
