Folding Key Shell Housing For Ford KA RU8 (2008-2016) – 3-Button Flip Key Case (Black)
About this item
If your old Ford KA key is looking battered or the case is falling apart, this is a simple fix.
It's a replacement folding key housing, also called a flip key or remote case, specifically for the Ford KA RU8 models made between 2008 and 2016.
It's a 3-button shell in basic black.
The shell is made from a mix of plastic and metal for durability.
A couple of important things to note: this is just the empty case and the uncut key blank – you'll need to get your existing key blade cut to fit this new holder, and you'll also have to swap over your internal transponder chip and circuit board from your old key.
It comes with a little tool to help you open the case without damaging it.
