It's a flow sensor, specifically for Lay-Z-Spa models with the AirJet and HydroJet systems, sometimes called the 'Tennis Row' type.

It's a used part, but it's the specific sensor you need to get the water flowing right again.

It's a small cube, about 48mm on all sides.
