WD Express BMW Door Lock Latch Lever Buffer Kit (4 Pcs) – Fix Hard-to-Close Doors On 1966-89 Models, OE 51 21 1 809 735

Okay, if you own a classic BMW from 1966 to 1989—like a 2002, a Bavaria, an E21 3-series, or an E28 5-series—you know this struggle.

You go to shut the door and it just bounces back open, or you have to slam it like you're angry at it.

That annoying problem is almost always caused by these little plastic buffers inside the door latch mechanism.

They get old, brittle, and crumble away.

This WD Express repair kit is the cure.

You get four little gray plastic buffers that are a direct replacement for the originals.

The BMW part number is 51 21 1 809 735.

You pop the door panel, get to the latch, swap these little guys in, and suddenly your doors close with a solid, satisfying *thunk* again.

It works on front and rear doors for both left and right sides.

It's a tiny part, but it makes a world of difference in how your classic feels.

Stop fighting with your doors and grab this kit.
