This is a single piece of New Old Stock ceramic tile from Mid-State Tile Co.
It's a beautiful Fern Green color, glossy finish, with a 3/4-inch radius bullnose on one edge—these are often called \Mudd Caps\ because they're made for old-school mud-set installations.
The tile is 4-3/8 inches square, and the bullnose edge adds a nice finished look.
It's 5/16 inch thick overall, thicker at the bullnose.
Made in the USA.
The seller notes there may be some staining on the unglazed edges, but the finished face is excellent.
Perfect for a vintage bathroom or kitchen restoration.
