If your Toyota or Lexus cooling fan isn't kicking on like it should, the controller module might be toast.

This is a used OEM module, part number 89257-30080, guaranteed to be in working condition.

Made in Japan.

It fits a wide range of Toyota and Lexus models from about 2007 to 2022 – always double-check your existing part number before ordering.

The seller offers a 30-day warranty, so you're covered if it doesn't work.

This is a common failure point on some models.

If your engine is running hot or the A/C isn't blowing cold at idle, this could be the fix.

Pull yours, compare, swap it in, and get those fans spinning again.
