Drop-In Fit Marine Fuel Pump: OSIAS Dual Pump Assembly For Mercury V8 Inboards (Replaces 866170A01, 866169T01)
About this item
Alright, so you are working on a Mercury inboard and need a fuel pump you can trust?
This OSIAS unit is exactly what you are looking for.
It is a direct drop-in replacement for those older VST systems.
It handles both high and low pressure, so it is a true dual pump setup.
The build quality is solid, and it is designed to run on either standard gas or E85, which is a nice flex if you are experimenting with fuels.
It replaces a ton of those hard-to-find part numbers like 864650A05, 866170A01, and 866169T01, so you know it fits.
Plus, it comes with a lifetime warranty.
That is peace of mind right there.
The slogan on this one is 'Less Fuel, More Power,' and honestly, that is exactly what you want from a marine pump.
Just a heads-up, it does come with the California Prop 65 warning, but pretty much everything does these days.
