Evan-Fischer Headlight Door Set For 1989-1991 Chevy Blazer - Chrome, Direct Replacement (GM2513162 / GM2512161)

Restore the front end of your 1989-1991 Chevrolet Blazer with this set of two chrome headlight doors from Evan-Fischer.

These are brand new, direct replacement parts that fit the left and right sides perfectly.

They come as a bundle, so you get both sides in one box.

The part numbers cross-reference with OEM numbers 15628670 and 15628669, as well as GM2513162 and GM2512161.

These doors have the parking light hole, just like the originals.

The finish is bright chrome, and they're built to last.

Evan-Fischer backs them with a 1-year unlimited-mileage warranty.

Installation is straightforward – they bolt right up to your Blazer from 1989, 1990, or 1991.

No mods needed.

If your old ones are faded or cracked, swapping in these new ones will make a huge difference.
