Norpro 6' Stainless Steel Pie Crust Weight Chain – Stop Bubbles & Cracks In Blind Baking
About this item
Say goodbye to soggy, bubbled pie crusts with this clever Norpro pie crust weight chain!
It's a 6-foot long chain made from stainless steel, designed to hold down your pie dough while blind baking.
Just coil it gently inside your crust before baking, and it keeps the dough from puffing up or cracking.
It's way easier to use and store than those little ceramic beads.
Just drop it in, bake, and lift it out.
It's reusable and lasts forever.
This is a must-have tool for any baker who loves making quiches, custard pies, or any recipe that needs a pre-baked shell.
