Complete Tie Rod Set For Polaris Sportsman 500 & 500 HO (2001-2003) – Bolt-On ATV Steering Kit

Alright, so if you're working on your Polaris Sportsman, this Caltric tie rod set is exactly what you need to get that steering tight again.

This is a full kit, not just the rods.

You get the tie rod ends, bolts, washers, nuts, and even the cotter pins—everything's in there.

It's designed to bolt right onto your 2001, 2002, or 2003 Sportsman 500 HO, and it also fits the 2002 Sportsman 500.

The parts are made from solid steel, so they'll hold up to the rough stuff.

We're talking about a 290mm length and a specific 57.7mm end height, so it's a precision fit.

The manufacturer part number is TR102A2004, and it replaces a bunch of OEM numbers like 5020926 and 7061138.

Just a heads up, there's a California Prop 65 warning, but that's standard.

It's a brand-new, ready-to-install kit that'll save you a ton of money compared to the dealer.
