BLOCKsignalling Fast Charge CDU Capacitor Discharge Unit – CDU1FC, CDU2FC, CDU4FC

Alright, model railway fans, if you're into controlling your points with solenoid motors, you're gonna want to check out this capacitor discharge unit from BLOCKsignalling.

They call it the Fast Charge CDU, and it comes in a few different versions – the CDU1FC, CDU2FC, and CDU4FC, depending on how many points you want to throw at once.

Basically, it stores up power and then gives a nice, strong, quick pulse to your point motors, which is way better than running them straight from your controller.

It helps prevent burnouts and ensures your points throw every time.

It works with pretty much any gauge – OO, HO, N, you name it.

A solid piece of kit for any layout.
