It's a brand-new steel cam with a chrome finish, ready to drop in.
It directly replaces OEM part numbers 5GH-12171-01-00 and 5GH-12171-00-00, and supersedes a bunch of bearing numbers (93306-00403-00, etc.).
The whole package measures about 109.5mm tall and weighs 2 lbs.
