ALT TENSIONER Accessory Belt Tensioner For Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne, VW Touareg – Replaces 38317, 022145299E

If your Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne, or VW Touareg is squealing or the belt is loose, the tensioner might be worn out.

This is an OE-quality accessory belt tensioner from ALT TENSIONER, part number ALT02398.

It's a direct replacement for the factory unit and crosses to a bunch of OEM numbers: 38317, 022145299E, 03H145299, 03H145299B, plus Porsche numbers 95510229900 and 95810236140, and more like GTA1055 and 49372.

It's for the serpentine belt, made with a plastic pulley but solid construction.

Comes with a 2-year or 50,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first.

New in packaging, ready to bolt on.

If your tensioner is shaky or noisy, swapping it out saves your belt and keeps accessories running right.
