Starter Solenoid Relay For Arctic Cat ZL 500 (2001-2002), ZL 550 (2000-2003), ZL 580 (2000) – Caltric

If your Arctic Cat snowmobile won't start or you just hear a click, the starter solenoid might be toast.

This one from Caltric fits a bunch of ZL models: ZL 500 from 2001-2002, ZL 550 from 2000-2003, and ZL 580 from 2000.

It's a direct replacement relay/solenoid, made of steel and copper wire.

OEM part number is 0645-196, and Caltric's part number is RE161.

It's brand new, comes with a 90-day warranty.

Made in China, but Caltric is a solid aftermarket brand.

Just one solenoid included.

Installation is straightforward—swap out the old one and you should be back on the trails.

Note the Prop 65 warning for California, but that's standard.

If your sled is cranking slow or not at all, this might be the fix.

Good to have a spare, too.
