It's part number CU2148.

The core is aluminum, and the tanks are plastic.

It's a 1-row downflow design with a 0.63-inch thick core.

It includes the transmission oil cooler fittings and nuts, but note the radiator cap is not included (see pictures).

The inlet and outlet are both 1.25 inches.
