It converts from a 7/16-24 thread to an AN4 fitting, and it has a built-in restrictor to manage oil flow to the turbo.
Common for Garrett turbos like GT28, GT30, GT35, GT3582, etc.
It's anodized black, looks good, and does an important job.
Too much oil pressure can blow turbo seals, this helps prevent that.
