CS Performance Remanufactured Bosch Fuel Injectors For 98-01 MerCruiser & Volvo Penta MPI 454 7.4L
About this item
If you've got a late 90s or early 2000s MerCruiser or Volvo Penta marine engine with the big block 454 (7.4L) MPI setup, these remanufactured injectors are a fantastic upgrade.
They're from CS Performance, and they start with genuine Bosch cores.
Then they're completely torn down, cleaned inside and out in special machines, rebuilt with all new internal components, and then meticulously tested.
They're leak-tested and flow-matched on ASNU machines, meaning each injector in the set sprays exactly the same amount of fuel.
That's crucial for smooth idle and maximum power.
They meet or exceed factory specs.
The main part number is 25180245, and they also replace 3854518 and 802632T.
These are remanufactured, so they're like new but at a fraction of the cost of buying new from the dealer.
Get your boat or marine engine running smooth and powerful again.
