If you're pulling a 20R, 22R, or 22RE out of an old Toyota, you're gonna need a solid lift point.

This is an OEM rear engine hoist hook from Toyota, designed for 1979-1995 4Runners and Pickups.

It bolts onto the left side of the engine (placement on vehicle is left) and gives you a secure spot to hook your chain or leveler.

It's used, so expect some grime—seller notes say 'DIRTY OEM PARTS'—but it's solid metal, no cracks.

Interchange part number is just TRUCK, and manufacturer part number is 22RE.
