This kit has everything: ACDelco filter (24295812) and six quarts of Mobil1 Synthetic LV ATF HP fluid (part 124715).

It's for the 8L90 transmission found in many GM trucks and SUVs—Silverado 1500, Sierra, Yukon, etc.
