VW Passat Variant (3C5) Tailgate Gas Struts – Pair (Left & Right) By VEGO

Is the trunk on your Passat Variant suddenly trying to take your head off every time you open it?

Or maybe it won't stay up at all anymore.

Super annoying, I know.

Here's the fix.

This is a brand new pair of gas springs (that means one for the left and one for the right side) from VEGO.

They're the exact parts you need for the tailgate or trunk lid on your VW Passat Kombi/Variant (the 3C5 model).

They're a direct swap for the original parts, crossing over with numbers like 3C9827550A, 3C9827550B, 3C9827550C, and a bunch of others (3C9 827 550 A, GS0896, etc.).

Just make sure your car matches up.

They're built with quality materials and come with a manufacturer's warranty.

Install these and your trunk will open nice and slow, and stay up like it's supposed to.
