ADPOW Aluminum Thermostat Housing – 1998–2001 Ford Explorer & Mercury Mountaineer 4.0L, OE Fit YU3Z8A586AA

Tired of cracked plastic thermostat housings?

This ADPOW aluminum upgrade is the fix.

Designed for 1998–2001 Ford Explorer and Mercury Mountaineer with the 4.0L engine, it’s a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory plastic unit that always seems to leak.

Machined from solid aluminum, it holds up to heat and pressure way longer.

Opens at 198°F (92°C), just like OEM, and includes the OE part number YU3Z8A586AA right on the casting.

Lightweight but tough—about 2.16 lbs.

Comes with a 3-month warranty and is durability tested.

If you’re doing cooling system maintenance, don’t reuse plastic.

Grab this and be done with it.
