This Transpo D411SE is a 1-wire, self-exciting voltage regulator.
It replaces the internal regulator in your CS121, CS130, or CS144 alternator.
Once installed, you just run one heavy wire from the alternator output to the battery, and it starts charging on its own—no need for a separate exciter wire from the ignition.
It's set to regulate at about 14.7 volts.
It crosses with ACDelco numbers like 111641 and D685.
